how does this look to you??quite disturbing isnt it?? we have no idea where to start tapi perkara sebegi patut di kaji sedalam-dalamnya.. bulan Ogos 2010, kita dengar dari media cetak dan eletronik akan masalah pembuangan bayi ni… iyya..kebanyakan bayi yang dibuang adalah tidak cukup umur yang kemungkinan besar digugurkan sebelum di buang..walaupun ianya janin yang cukup sifat..

lately there has been a huge debate whether baby dumping will not be probed under offense of attempted murder or murder, which is punishable by a mandatory death sentence on conviction. at the first stage, the Government seems okay about that proposal even this has yet to be finalized. kalau di pikirkan oleh akal yang pendek, ia.. kita akan katakan YA pada hukuman mati kepada sesiapa yang membuang anak.. tetapi banyak perkara perlu di titikberatkan dimana, pada pendapat TB, this might not be enacted since most of the offenders are MINORS so SHOULD TEENS THAT MURDER BE EXECUTED??? this will lead to endless questions such as is baby dumping as bad as drug traficking? what about the age , this is the complicated one in which they degree of their analytical ability will be questioned…so this isnt going anywhere, percayala.. lepas 2-3 minggu.. orang akan tutup kes ni…no one will bother to raise this issue again in near future.. let’s hope for the best!
