Hukum Curi Copyright dalam Blogging : Haram ke??

blurppppppppppppppppppppp…. bosan … its been a while since my last update and aku cakap.. takkan ade masa untuk update.. anyway.. look at the abovementioned title and one would figure what exactly that I am trying to say!

Pasal hukum hakam dalam mencuri copyright .. on the ground of it, yes.. its a sinful act and we will burn in hell .. BUT!!! where is the fact.. I have been looking around to find ‘enlightment’ mengenai hukum hakam dalam berblogging per se but luck never been in my side…

MENCURI COPYRIGHT..

pada dasarnye, the word ‘mencuri’ is berdosa.. am i right? but what if we do it in the right way by giving credit and so on.. will it be considered as mencuri sebab sometime we do not know whether the owner of the articles/pictures realises his or hers has been ‘stolen’ by some1 else even though credits have been given…

banyak kes2 dalam internet nowadays pasal mencuri copyright .. but it has come to my attention bile bace entry kak jie [ Seth Tan Buat Sujud Syukur Awak Kutuk, Awak Curi Bandwidth Saya Apa Cer….?] dimana gamabr nye telah diguna pakai dengan kejamnye oleh bloggers..

to be honest, I do that and sometimes, i dont even care to give credits to the owner cus i know the pictures are not his or hers.. rite?? the least i would do cume cakap ‘Ehsan Encik Google’.. would that be wrong?

I realise when we talk about copyrights, its all about exclusivity of the products, whereby you wont get anywhere but in one particular blog.. rite? let say the picture taken where Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza tengah korek hidung.. u take the pics by your self , hence you deserve yourself a credit for that…for pictures, yes it is easy to put on the mark, but what about the article..how do we know that’s yours even its only in the different phrase!!!! yes.. different phrase!!! you read it in the newpaper and then you blog it with your own thoughts!! does that call exclusive?? its very subjective IMO..

unless you create one formula that no one ever knows before, that’ll make sense la!!

I would be very much appreciative if some1 could do some extensive research on this matter and hukum hakam berkenaan mencuri copyright…

imagine that we are in a country where Hukum Shariah is imposed, will the copyright thieves be cut their hands off??
