Lately ni banyak pulak kes bergaduh masuk dalam youtube, would is not a safe place anymore.. people become more vigilant with the surrounding kan.. ada bende pelik sket, terus masuk youtube. Habis la korang kalau berperangai hanejng dan sial di public, confirm you’ll get an overnight fame the next morning.. Youtube dah ibarat tuhan bila people must be scared of youtube and will behave eventually.

This case, seorang lawyer bernama Tan Hui Chuan or H.C.Tan telah memaksa seorang client untuk sain agreement. Paksa okay! if there’s element of duress, the agreement shall become void and not enforceable. bagus juga mereka ini rekod. so that people know. Lawyer tu siap sepak terajang bagai..

Lawyer forced client (myself) to sign paper-documents without letting client to read the content, client refuse to sign without being able to verify the documents. The lawyer impatiently shout at client face then straight away charging himself towards client and kicked client like a boxing sand-bag, after that he has repeatedly pushing the client’s shoulder.

He even challenge myself to lodge a complain against him in Bar Council, he claimed he have a reputation everywhere within Malaysia.

I have been told by a reliable source this hooligan lawyer is ranked No. 5 Court Case Lawyer in Malaysia (with such attitude I really cannot believe it, maybe he is bluffing), from the same source also i got to know he normally helps Datuk/Datin/Ministers for court case proceedings.

I have lodged a police report @ Kajang Police Station, but sad to say the Police Inspector told me this is a property selling/purchasing issue, she cannot do anything with the lawyer, she can’t detain him, she can’t issue a warning for him. This is what my tax-payer’s money paid for. I have also spent about 4 hours in Kajang Hospital for the medical inspection.

 

Seriously, if i were that lawyer, i will too get frusted witht aht speky guy, keep poking and asking ‘are u a lawyer, are a lawyer’.. bodoh punya, very annoying and i dun blame you for deserving the flying kick tu.. Yes you have millions right to check the contract but hello, u dun have to be annoying laa.. ambil the agreement, read and sign….kalau nak datang office lawyer tu, datang la tak payah la kau nak jadi HERO kampung sangat… as for the lawyer, why u became so uptight and worked up.. ko dah nak paksa orang sain ko tau kan ada element of duress ini boleh jadi agreement tu tak valid..

IF u hv no time to be there, then, ask the client to be in ur office and I am surprised why he has to be there to give all documentations anyway.. I believe dia ini laywe untuk Bank bukan S&P nye lawyer.. and kalau lawyer untuk bank, the template and the contracts are pretty much copy-paste je.. dan si specky tu, kalau ko paham the hundred of pages then do it, eventually, u wont blame the lawyer for every single sent of interest you have to pay in the event of delay dapat rumah..

BODOH!!!
